We keep being asked ‘how do I get more calls out of this software’ by the dozens of call centers we work with and prospect partners too. The answer is very simple*, and yet the point is (usually) being completely missed!
So to clarify, here is a detailed step-by-step scenario of how call center X of small-medium size has managed to scale up their sales by 5% and $100,000 per month instantly:
- Call center X has 430 calls/day, mainly support calls generated by ppc and some other software distributors that are pushing calls their way
- > Average call-to-sale rate is 14% (this is not a USA base call center) = 60 sales/day.
- > Average order value is $150 (annual package) = a monthly revenue of 60 x $150 x 30= $270,000
- > Service includes a technical issue fix, a one-time virus scan and a 1 year contract, prepaid.
