ShieldApps Takes Place as Privacy Suite Provider for Call Centers in the US

Soon to be formally announced:

ShieldApps will be providing a complete suite of applications that is to be placed on the callers’ computer to better both the support session and the performance of the home-based computers off-session as well.

According to the call center vendor, which has chosen to remain un-named, the ShieldApps suite of applications has been deployed gradually into their support process and call scenarios and has constantly proven itself against other similar applications. “We have seen a much easier implementation flow and a faster user-education process, which in turn allows us to reduce call times on one hand, and yet a better client experience on the other. Unlike other applications we have used, our clients convey a better value from this current set of applications, which seem to be easier for them to use independently along time.

ShieldApps’ VP of Operations, Moshe Layani: “We have tested these applications for a very long time, in numerous call centers worldwide. This specific set of applications is tailored for computer none savvy users on one hand, and for call centers on the other – to ease the remote installation and tutoring process for them.
